When placing order through the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1) Price

All price published are NETT Price and is based in Singapore dollar.
We accept Payment through PayPal.
For customer who wishes to pay using ATM banking transfer/Internet banking transfer, please refer to clause (7)

2) Delivery

Local Delivery
Local delivery charges will be computed automatically upon Check-Out of the shopping cart. The delivery charges will follow the published Local Postage Rate that can be found on the SingPost website, www.singpost.com. Option for registered mail is provided, an additional charge of S$2.24 will be levied.

We do not accept responsibility for loss items through normal post.

Oversea Delivery
For international shipment, the shipping rate can be calculated using the SpeedPost Worldwide Courier (EMS) charges provided by Singapore post. However, do note that import custom duties imposed by destination country will be borne by the customer. The full purchase price will be declared on the shipping invoice. We do not collect such duties and taxes.

Order will be shipped out within 2-3 working days after ORDER CONFIRMATION slip has been sent.

3) Exchange – Refunds

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

4) Cancellation of Order

No cancellation of order is allowed once an ORDER CONFIRMATION slip has been sent to the customer.

5) Stock availability

Upon receiving your order and payment, we will send an ORDER CONFIRMATION slip to confirm the availability of the items that you have ordered. If the item order is out of stock, we will inform you and you have the option to chose another item of the same value or ask for a refund.

6) Free Samples or Freebie

The Free product samples and Freebie offer are provided “AS-IS”, and subjected to availability. In the events that the Free Samples and Freebie are out of stock, Kynosure International Pte Ltd reserved the right to change or substitute or cancel the Free Samples and Freebie offered.

7) Payment via ATM/Internet Banking transfer

We acknowledge that some customers may wish to make payment via ATM/Internet Bank Transfer.
